Strengths: Very prompt responses. Quickly turned work around. Often the same day. Offered suggestions and ideas to improve project. Provided an easy to use project management system. Could Improve: Sean could learn to take 15-30 minutes to carefully review work before sending it back to me. He wants to get work back to me quickly, but it frequently had had small errors that a more careful review would have caught. Overall: I plan to use Sean on future projects. The worst I can say is he made small errors out of enthusiasm and working quickly.Those are easy things to improve upon as we continue to work together.
